Multilayer pipe in thermoplastic compound and internal polyurethane.

Particularly suitable for compressed air systems, blowing and severe industrial applications. Optimum resistance to intermittent and high pressure cycles. Very flexible, it is suitable to be used in compressed air pneumatic systems. Minimum volumetric expansion or mechanical distortion under pressure, maintaining at the same time an excellent radius of curvature. Optimum resistance to aging and atmospheric agents (no cracks in the covering). The polyurethane polyester substrate guarantees an excellent resistance to chemical agents (see chemical resistance table in our general catalogue). Optimum resistance to fatigue, to mechanical traction, impact, residual warping; the pipe has been designed for a long life in severe industrial uses. Production tolerances (inside and outside diameter) in compliance with UNI EN ISO 1307/97. Structure Substrate: polyurethane polyester skim coat, white. Upper layer of the substrate: thermoplastic PVC flexible compound, black. Reinforcement: high tenacity polyester synthetic materials. Cover: thermoplastic PVC flexible compound, black. Marking: Standard, yellow/white ink.
